Question 1:Can I order custom products with my own design & logo?
Answer:Definitely yes, and it would be better with AI or PDF design files.
Question 2:Can I order a sample first before mass production? How can I place a sample order?
Answer:Surely you can.
We will make sample hats to you soon after details confirmed,and take pictures for your approval once finished. If you want to see the actual sample product, we can send it to you for better checking, but freight cost is yours.
Question 3:How is your sample time and mass production time?
Answer:Normally we just need 12 working days for sample.
100-500 pcs, we just need 15 working days.
500-3000 pcs,we just need 20 working days.
3000-10000 pcs,we just need 25 working days.
10000-? Just contact us please.
Question 4:What the payment method do you accept?
Answer:For small order,we accept Paypal,Western Union
For big order,we accept T/T.
Question 5:Can you arrange the shipping for me?
Answer:Yes,normally we ship the products by DHL,Fedex,UPS.if less than 1000 pcs, we will ship by express or by air, if over 1000 pcs,we will send by sea.
Question 6:Can you accept order in small quantity?
Answer:Yes. Actually there are more small quantity orders appear in market in recently years,and we make some changes to accept small OEM order, products' MOQ could be 100 pcs/design/color
